Therefore, we also request you to submit the prefect or accurate shipping details including full address with residence/flat number, a famous landmark along with pin/zip code and your working personal contact number. You will be on a positive panel if you are providing your contact number, as we will be able to contact you instantly in case of any query related to your order, and also for the courier firms that do not provide service to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

 

If at all the product is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, in such case we’re neither responsible for non-delivery nor liable for a refund.

 

In some rare cases, there are chances where we could not deliver the product because of weekly off (Sunday) & public holidays. Generally, deliveries are made during normal working days & working hours of courier companies.

 

There are chances that the courier companies may charge you some additional service charges above the customer duty, and they differ from case to case.
